MISOA is the largest of the local Iowa soccer officials' associations. Please check the

Iowa Soccer Association for Iowa youth soccer information including tournaments.
Our plan is to make our new site relevant and useful, but not duplicate information that is on other sites.
MISOA's
mission
The mission of MISOA is to improve
and promote the proficiency of soccer officials in the central Iowa area.
We promote following a standard set of mechanics and consistent interpretations
and administration of the rules of soccer as defined by the affiliated
organizations.
MISOA
meets monthly in Des Moines
Meetings are always the 3rd Monday
of the month at 7:30 p.m. at Des Moines University (3200
Grand Avenue, Des Moines, IA). The exception to that is April
and May when the meetings are moved to the 3rd Wednesday because of high
school games on Mondays. Bob
