MISOA's
mission
The mission of MISOA is to improve
and promote the proficiency of soccer officials in the central Iowa area.
We promote following a standard set of mechanics and consistent interpretations
and administration of the rules of soccer as defined by the affiliated
organizations.
MISOA
meets monthly in Des Moines
Meetings are always the 3rd Monday
of the month at 7:30 p.m. on the second floor of the Activities Center at AIB College of Business, 2280 Bell Avenue, Des Moines, IA. The exception to that is April
and May when the meetings are moved to the 3rd Wednesday because of high
school games on Mondays. E-mail reminders are sent out prior to the meeting date. We do not usually meet in July.
